Lifetime Return Policy
How it works:
At any time and for any reason, you may return your item within 90 days of receipt for a full refund. Beyond 90 days, your refund will be in the form of store credit, which may be used to buy another item on our online store.
How to Return:
- Contact us for a return a return authorization number.
- Once you receive the return authorization number, send the item in its original form and packaging.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment or issue a store credit less any shipping charges.
Conditions:
- All items must be returned in its original condition.
- We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
- We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
- Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
